This place is the best! I came here just after my birthday for a bit of self-celebration, and was amazed at the variety and quality of the products, particularly the Pokemon merchandise.
The Pokemon card selection is the best in the Twin Cities, hands down. They have a variety of binders organized by generation, as well as a number of quality rares available for reasonable prices.
The staff are super nice and friendly too, perhaps more important than the quality of the products. All of the staff were really kind and patient with my questions/curiosities. They helped recommend a booster pack for an out-of-touch old fan such as myself, and made the experience even better by letting me open the packs in the store and watching. They didn't have to do that, a small gesture that went a long way.
I will definitely be back here soon. I recommend you check it out as well. 💙
I love this store. It’s like a 45 minute drive from the cities but consistently worth it. All the employees have been good to me (extra shoutout to Matt!), and the products are always interesting and various. A true staple of the MN nerd scene.
I come in to Punch Out at least twice a year to get stocked up on hard to find games from vintage to current. The service is always great and personable. They are never preoccupied with what they’re doing to make sure you are able to find what you need. The price is competitive enough to make the drive from the cities worth it. I recommend this store specifically to anyone looking to surprise a friend or a loved one with a game they have been looking for everywhere but can’t seem to find. Even if you can’t find a game there is plenty of merchandise from quirky to mainstream. You won’t be disappointed.
My child and I visited the store today. She is five, and she got Pokémon cards for her birthday. She has been obsessed since. We are from WBL, but I heard good things on the store, but I have not been there before. We walked in, and my daughter was enthralled. The staff was very kind for this newbie parent, and her Pokemon obsessed kid. The store had a variety of Pokémon items.
One of the best video game shops I’ve been to. The staff is always friendly, prices are reasonable and they offer tons of Pokémon products. My kids ask to come here all the time. The owners have also done a fantastic job in adding a birthday room to their store so kids can have gaming parties. Highly recommend.
This shop has a lot of very good products at fair prices. The employees are also friendly and knowledgeable. I recently bought a very nice original Game Boy and Pokémon Blue from them.
I truly can't imagine a cooler place. My son and I love coming here, I'm so glad we found it. We drive 40 minutes just to hang out and look around at what we're gonna buy that day.
This is the absolute best video game/card store in the twin cities by far. I shop weekly for one piece tcg there and they always have fresh single packs or boxes. There video game selection is top tier with the cheapest prices on consoles and video games by a mile. If you have any issues the amazing staff is there to handle your issues. Can’t recommend this place enough
